The Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the PDP has alleged that Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the People’ s Democratic Party (PDP), will receive more votes in the South East than its contenders, Peter Obi and Bola Tinubu.
Charles Aniagwu, the spokesperson for the PDP PCC, disclosed this information during an interview broadcast on Sunday on Arise Television.
According to him, Atiku would receive more votes in the South East than any of his competitors because the Igbo people have faith in his ability to solve the problems they are facing.
Anaigwu went on to say that the former Vice President will serve as a stepping stone for the South East region to be able to produce a President when his tenure as Vice President ends in 2027.
The spokesman for the PDP Presidential Campaign Committee (PDP PCC) claimed that Atiku will defeat its contenders because he is well- liked throughout the entirety of this country.
He said: ” Atiku will win the votes of the South East because the people believe that he can be able to bring a number of the things that they are asking for at the moment and that indeed he will become a stepping stone for our brothers and sisters in the south- east to be able to clinch the number one position in the country.
” Atiku will win fair and square because of his acceptability across the length and breadth of this country. He is not looking for 23 percent in any of these states.
