APC NWC Issues FRESH NOTICE To Members As Ngige Fails To Openly Endorse Tinubu & Shettima On Television

APC NWC is set to take a step against members of the party who might be planning not to vote for Bola Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate in the forthcoming presidential election.

The statement of the APC was made barely 24 hours after Chris Ngige, the minister of labor appeared in an interview on Channels Television to speak about the ongoing ASUU strike and the forthcoming presidential election.

The sitting minister was asked about the political party he supports and the presidential candidate he would vote for in the forthcoming presidential election.

In response to the question asked, Chris Ngige revealed that he would not reveal the candidate or the party he would vote for or support in the forthcoming presidential election because that is his personal choice and he would make a personal decision in the ballot box.

His statement reads ” I’ m not active in politics for now because I am facing a national assignment. Both of them are my friends. My choice will be in the ballot box. Whether conscience or no conscience, on that day in February, I’ ll have one vote. ” Barely 24 hours after his statement, a member of the APC sent a message to members of the party.

According to a report from Vanguard News, a member of the APC who happens to be part of the APC NWC released a statement in response to what Chris Ngige said in his interview on Channels Television.
