Man United Transfer Rumours: Leading Race For Portuguese Attacker, Hunt For Brazilian Midfielder, Dutch Defender On The Radar

Man United keeping close tabs with No.7 creative La Liga attacker

Man United are set to bet big on Joao Felix and could make him their record signing this January. The 23-year-old winger has struggled for form in Spain, but the Red Devils management believes he could turn their fortunes around.

The absence of a prolific forward has hurt Man United on many occasions, and the Dutch coach has been in search of a perfect goalscorer. Man United did arrive with a substantial offer for Felix. But Atletico Madrid were not interested in parting ways with Joao back in the summer.

However, Portugal international has had a fallout with Diego Simeone, and the Argentine coach has not really used him this term. The Portuguese attacker has grown frustrated with his limited game time, and Los Colchoneros are now believed to be planning his departure.

Ronaldo’s future is looking bleak with each passing day amid interest from Sporting. And Portugal international could be on the verge of ending his association with the Red Devils in January. Man United won’t block his departure and won’t be demanding any fee if the situation stays tight.

Joao could be the right candidate to replace his compatriot. And although the player has not had a breakthrough moment in the last few seasons, he does have the capability to thrive in the PL. And Man United are reportedly preparing an offer to sign the 23-year-old attacker.

Man United in the battle for €60m-rated Premier League midfielder

Man United are interested in a move for Bruno Guimaraes and would be looking to tempt the midfielder next summer. The Red Devils are expected to undergo a further makeover next summer and the midfield enforcer could be one of the marquee entrants.

The Dutch manager stayed locked in a transfer battle for Frenkie de Jong for almost the entire summer as Erik ten Hag wanted to rebuild the squad around the Dutchman. But the Barcelona midfielder decided to remain at Camp Nou and vowed to fight for his place.

The Red Devils shifted their attention to other targets and secured the services of Casemiro from Real Madrid in an unprecedented move. The arrival of Eriksen from Brentford on a free transfer also bolstered their midfield but Man United wants to invest in young and versatile midfielders who could further develop the core of the club.

The likes of Fred and McTominay are being touted to leave Man United sooner or later as the coach wants quality footballers at his disposal. Brazil international has turned Newcastle United into a possible title challenger this campaign since his arrival from Lyon last January.

Bruno put pen to paper on a five-year contract but his form prompted the club to take note of his contractual situation and they might offer better wages to fend off suitors. Man United are believed to be ready with a purse of £70m as the management is eyeing at least one midfielder in the summer as they will push for the PL title challenge next campaign.

Man United held negotiations with €30m-rated Serie A defender

Man United have submitted an enquiry for Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries. Chelsea and Tottenham are also chasing the Netherlands international, and he could be on his way to the PL this winter. The Dutch boss has already made it clear he needs adequate reinforcements to be in contention for the PL title.

Erik ten Hag has only preferred Dalot on the right side of the Red Devils back-line but will be needing a cover as the defender cannot play all the matches in the campaign. Wan-Bissaka has been limited to only four minutes of PL football, and the intent is very clear from the Dutch coach.

Man United will offload the footballer to a possible suitor in winter and will try to replace him with Dumfries. Crystal Palace are interested in re-signing Wan-Bissaka. The Nerazzurri cannot hold back a lucrative offer as they are very cash-strapped at this moment and need funds to balance their books.

Chelsea have also looked at the footballer as they want to add a worthy understudy to Reece James. The Englishman has missed out on a World Cup berth due to his injury and will have to fight for his place should the Dutch defender arrive at Stamford Bridge.

Reece James had been a regular this season and his attacking instincts are something which has been his main strength. Both Tottenham and Chelsea will be locked in a transfer battle with Man United, and Inter Milan will only entertain offers upwards of €30m.
